Le Tour de Pichets is what our weekly rides turn into when they grow up! These european-style day trips combine railway transit with longer cycling routes to travel further from our West Adams epicenter and visit more delicious destinations.
Craft Brew Crapshoots are incidental excursions that exploit the open streets of events like Ciclavia in order to travel between nearby local breweries in a random order determined by rolling dice customized for the occasion.
A VeloSoirée is a pedal-powered mobile celebration with music, and refreshments (usually provided by a local brewery) which pops up at unassuming party destinations and vanishes without a trace.
Extra Credit Miles are one-off additions to our regularly scheduled monthly rides and they are created/led by veteran skitchers. Themes, destinations, and durations vary but they are always true to the spirit of connecting our communities through human power on wheels.
Special hOperations are seasonal multi-day adventures involving some mix of rail transit, hotel, AirBnB, Camping, and bikepacking - usually between an assortment of vistas, activities, breweries, and eateries.
